Your fitness and wellbeing
Although gyms may be closed right now due to the pandemic, our sports colleagues are committed to helping you stay active and healthy wherever you are.
Download the free UofG Sport app on the App Store or Google Play for easy access to home workouts, wellbeing resources and livestreamed classes.
Or check out our Fitness & Wellbeing webpages, full of resources to support your health and wellbeing during these difficult times: workouts, from cardio to strength & conditioning; information for healthy eating; five-minute meditations to help you slow down and quieten your mind; and an inspiring Desk to 3K programme which will get you from minimal exercise to running 3km in just eight weeks.
There’s even a UofG Sport Spotify, compiled by 3rd-year MEd student Fran, to listen to while you exercise.
