Explorathon 2020

Online, 7 - 8pm, 23 November 2020

Researchers from the University of Glasgow’s Centre for the Study of Perceptual Experience were participants in the Explorathon 2020. The team welcomed roughly 50 members of the public into our online presentation and discussion of various illusions.

We discussed various illusions, including:

• Numerous perceptual ambiguites, including the Coffer Illusion (below)
• Neon colour spreading illusion
• Watercolour illusion (below)
• "The dress" and "The shoe"
