Three 2D image processing workstations
- Runs HALO software with the following modules:
- Multiplex IHC for quantification and separation of up to 5 brightfield stains in any cellular compartments (nucleus, cytoplasm and membrane)
- Highplex FL for quantification of an unlimited number of fluorescent biomarkers
- Spatial Analysis to investigate the spatial relationships between populations of interest.
- HALO AI
- Learning resources for analysis of brightfield and fluorescence images.
