About the Culture, Heritage & Behaviour theme
This research theme looks at creating synergistic behaviour change among food system stakeholders to transition into a future-proof food system that honours Scottish food culture and heritage.
This theme aims to explore communication through storytelling and tapping into experiences of heritage to educate citizens about food production, health and sustainability.
