IRP Work in Progress Papers
Our Work in Progress papers explain the thinking behind our IRP projects and initiatives. We publish them to invite conversations and feedback, and make our approach one that can be owned across our University's research community and beyond.
Work in progress also means 'working to progress'. We expect our understanding of inclusive research to evolve as we do that work. As our understanding develops, we may revise priorities, plans or definitions. As and when that happens, we will explain those changes in later iterations of our IRP Work in Progress papers.
Inclusive Research Practice at UofG: Our approach
This Work in Progress paper lays out our starting position for improving inclusive research practice at UofG: explains the terms we use and an inclusive research environment might look like; positions inclusive research practice within the University and sector context and outlines IRP as a programme of work.
