DATE: 12th October 2020
TIME: 13:00-14:00
LOCATION: Quintin’s Zoom Room
DESCRIPTION:
Labs and tutorials in level 1 courses have been running for 2 weeks now. Each level 1 course has had to quite drastically change the way content is delivered, though each one has taken their approaches in a slightly different direction. In this session we will examine the ways in which small group teaching has been implemented in different courses, discuss the implications of these approaches and explore the directions that these approaches could go in the future.
This session is focussed around sharing of information with the intention of fostering continued discussion of the practices we are beginning to put into place. We want to expand the conversation around the way small groups are delivered across the department and hear the voices of participants from across the School and beyond. Please come along if you would like your voice to be heard or if you just want to learn more about our approaches.
